At The Wildflower Shop, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all wildflower garment tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
